Product Changes

  If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you must register a request here within 14 days of the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the request.
 1. For orders within Greece, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination).
2. For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country).

Wrong Missions

In the event that the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you must register a request here within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the request.
In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.

Defective products

  In the event that a product proves to be defective within 6 months of its sale, we undertake to replace it with a new one, without any charge to you. Once the defect has been identified, you should register a related request here so that you can receive instructions on the return and replacement process. If replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you have the option of replacing with another, equal product of your choice, or refunding all or part of its value in money. The refund amount in the case of defective products that have been used is calculated on the original value, reduced by 10% for each month that has elapsed since the original sale.

Right of Withdrawal / Return

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

   You have the right to return the whole order or part of it, in all cases in which perrysoptical.gr has been proven guilty of wrong products or products of poor quality, defective (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, with bad packaging etc.), within (14) calendar days from the date you receive it. It is clarified that the supremereturn period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event that they are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, perrysoptical.gr may not accept any return or replacement. If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must register a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt and send it product within 7 days of the approval of the request. Also, you will bear the direct cost of returning (shipping) the goods to our headquarters.
For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (replacement or refund), you should register a relevant return request with the required information by clicking on the contact form.
Once your request has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification that the return has been approved and instructions on the shipping method and address.
Returned products must be be in their original packaging.
If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.
As soon as we receive your return you will again receive an informative email and then you will be informed of the final outcome of the request. Then, through our communication, you will express your interest in which new product you are interested in and if it is available, the value of the product you returned will be included. If there is a new balance to be deposited, as soon as it is done then it will be sent to the address you have given us. Alternatively, after the return has been made and it has been established that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), you will be refunded the total amount you paid. If the payment has been made by the cash on delivery method, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you indicate to us.

Reimbursements
